IBUYBEAUTY is looking for beauty bloggers!

Hey lovelies! Have you already heard that ibuybeauty is looking for bloggers for Beautyfan? Again :D

As you probably know ibuybeauty is launching their own review blog where customers can read honest reviews on products that are sold in their shop. That’s why they are looking for beauty bloggers! And you can try your luck as well! Only you have to do is to 1) love Korean cosmetics, 2) be honest and 3) be brave enough to send the application and wait for the results lol

If you are chosen you will be able to review any product that you like and is available in ibuybeauty shop. Pretty exciting, right? :) Maybe you will even become a permanent blogger that means that every month you will have a chance to try new products sponsored by ibuybeauty, but nobody knows haha For more information check out Marxie’s post.

So the same announcement was published on Marxie’s blog about 3 months ago and I had a funny confusion with it. I have sent my application as many other bloggers and I was sent a reply where they informed me that I have been chosen! I was so happy at that moment but a few hours later it became clear that it was a mistake and I was 11th in their rating T.T Such a disappointing information… But I decided to try once again and hope that I will be officially chosen this time :D So don’t be afraid and send you application RIGHT NOW!! ^^

What you need to do? Everything is simple! Send an email to beautifanblog@gmail.com with some information about you:

Review: Mizon Aqua Cool Jelly Mask

Hello everyone! I’m back with another review for you! So I hope I will update every week till my BD and all these posts will be about Mizon products! So when I was preparing the previous post I decided to make a “Mizon April” BUT I was too lazy that’s why I do these reviews half a month T.T

Today I have a review of Mizon Aqua Cool Jelly Mask that was sponsored by Lunifera!

Description

Why I always can’t find a good description of Mizon’s products in English? :O

My thoughts

There are 6 packs (2 of each type) that come in 11x5.5x6.5 cm box. Every pack has 15 ml of product which is A LOT. You can use it even more than 5 times! I personally used each pack 7 times as a night mask on face and neck. Pretty amazing, right? :)

The packaging is super cute, it looks like a real jelly pack! Packs are pretty small so it is very easy to use it in a travel. Each type has different color of the lid and jelly:

Red Berry – bright pink color with a little cherry. The mask is pink as well with little white granules.

White Orange – bright orange with a little slice of orange. The mask has a very light orange color.

Aqua Blue – bright blue with a drop of water *O* The mask should be very light blue color but I can’t really tell that :D

Bad thing is that the spatula is not included. Because you can use every pack more than 1 time it is not hygienically to use fingers to get out the product. So you have to have your own spatula.

The scents of all masks are pleasant and sweet. The pink one smells like a strawberry Mogu Mogu lol

The orange one has a light citrus scent but I don’t know how describe the scent of the blue one T.T I’m not good at describing things lol

The consistency is very similar to all masks. It is a jelly and when you try to get it out of the jar it comes in the chunks :D (my English sucks TT.TT) It is easy to apply coz it melts and spreads out evenly.

The only different is that the orange mask before melting falls into pieces lol when the pink and blue ones transform into gel immediately. White granules of Red Berry mask disappear during blending.

My skin absorbs all masks quickly. After soaking you still can feel the mask but is not sticky.

I’d like to use them like a sleeping pack. It’s crazy but after 3-4 of sleep with any of these masks my face looks refreshed and rested like I have been sleeping for 8 hours! But you can also use it as a normal mask: put it for 15-20 min and then rinse it off. All masks reduce puffiness and return your skin healthy glow. They also make skin super soft and don’t clog pores.

Also I think that the orange one helps with acne! Every month my skin breaks out like crazy but this time I have just 2 or 3 pimples!

Pros
-Travel friendly
- Scent
- Soaks fast
- Doesn’t clog pores
- Moisturizing
- Anti puffiness

Cons
- Spatula is not included
- The scent can be too strong for some people

Rating : 5 / 5

In total

Overall I really like these masks! They are easy to use and the packaging is travel friendly. My skin loves them so I will repurchase this box of goodies lol

Where to buy

You can get it from Koreadepart or Lunifera

Review: Mizon Multi-Function Snail Repair BB Cream

Hello hello my beautiful shiny stars!! I’m officially back to blogging and hope that you still remember my~ So after a long break I want to write as much as possible and my laziness keep saying me NO T.T

Anyway I have a bunch of reviews for you, guys, and I gonna publish them as soon as I can. Hope you will like it and let’s start!

So today I’m going to share with you my thoughts about MIZON Multi-Function Snail Repair BB Cream

Description

I can’t find a good description in English so here is a picture from Mizon.

The product comes in only one shade.

My thoughts

I got this bb cream maybe a year ago, I’m not really sure, but I do not use it often. You probably have seen it in my Everyday makeup routine but I’ve used it just because I wanted to do this review (2 months ago lol) and make sure that I really know what I think about it.

The packaging is pretty simple, an ordinary 50 ml squeezing tube but I like a little snail on it ^^ Because it doesn’t have any pump and you have to squeeze out the product so the cap and the tip (?) get dirty and it looks disgusting ><

The scent of the bb cream is very light and nice. You can’t really feel it after applying. I suppose that it is something floral but I can’t describe the scent T.T

The color is gray with pink undertone. As you can see it is way more pink and gray than my skin. It takes more than 15 minutes to oxidize and adapt to my skincolor but it is still too pink and light for me.

This bb cream blends out very easily but dries too quickly so you should work fast. Right after blending it has a semi - glowy finish but after setting it dries to a natural matte skin finish. It is not sticky at all and feels very light on my face. However it transfers to the cloths and phone screen easily.

Excuse my ugly scars and pores :(

The cream does a great job of smoothing out my pores and scars but it is also good at accentuating dry patches and white heads (all bumps actually) so I try to wear this bb cream only after cleaning pores, pealing and primer.

The coverage is medium and I do not recommend building it up coz I think it doesn’t looks well.

The best way to apply this bb cream for me is to use my hands. The body heat melts the product and this way you can achieve the most natural finish.

Oil-control is not something that this product claims to do so my T zone starts to shine just in 2-3 hours after applying. Powder is my bestfriend

Pros

- Scent
- Lightweight
- Covering pores
- Natural finish

Cons

- Packaging
- Only one shade
- Accentuating bad things
- Does not match my skincolor

Overall I don't really like this bb cream. It did not impressed me and I won’t repurchase it.
