Update from 04.08.2015

Hello guys! Long time no see, right? I'm not sure what I feel writing this post at midnight… I just wanna show you that I’m still alive, still studying, still lazy lol actually it was a very long and quick year at the same time. It was hard and depressing but I’m here, I’m back, right?

“I have stopped writing post simply because I had no time for this.” I wanted to say that but now I understand, I had time, at least an hour or two a week. But I had no desire, I could not understand if I want to continue bogging or not. It was a very hard to sit down and write. When I started this blog I was 16, I had an only one friend and we met each other only on holidays. I was depressed and blogging was so special for me. Studying every day, no hang outs with friends made me a real hikikomori. You know, a person that always stays at home and is afraid of other people? Well, it is not a proper explanation of this word, but I was that person. So I was addicted to internet and some attention from you, guys. It might sound crazy, but it is true. But at university I found my life. I met people that have the same interests as me, that love me for who I am and who showed me a real life. I became more open and blog was not my soul anymore. So I’ve been thinking about this for the whole year, I wanted to start posting again, seriously! But I wanted to be ready to tell you, myself the truth.

OMG, this post is so freaking strange lol but I gonna come back to blogging, start to be more serious to this, to be more regular and all that kind of jazz… So, I hope you will support me :)

Also I wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU for still reading Panda’s Magic without any update from me. It is means A LOT for me and I love you so so much!! You’re amazing, my little pandas!

Review: Aritaum Full cover liquid concealer

Hello hello! And again, I’m back lol First of all I want to apologize for this HUNOMENAL lack of posts. It’s been almost 6 months since my last post. These 6 months were enormously hard for me. You know, being alone in such a big city as Moscow, living in dorm, pretending to be an adult… Oh, I didn’t mention before but right now I’m living in Moscow and studying at Moscow State University. Huge city, no personal space, university and 17 yrs old hiki girl? Well, this combination is totally not the perfect one.

During this time so much has happened and I’ve been wondering if I could ever come back to blogging. Coz I had 2 or 3 almost finished posts but… I had a strange mental wall so didn’t really want to write or edit photos. And also this situation in Russia, it is simply too expensive to be a beauty blogger right now :DDD

But couple weeks ago I woke up and thought “Hmmm, I wanna blogging again”. But it’s not as easy as I thought it would be. Too lazy panda, remember? So today I want to share with you my review on Aritaum Full cover liquid concealer in #2 Natural Beige that was sponsored by ibuybeauty. It has been written in September but somehow I forgot to post it in blog so finally here it is.

Description

Packaging

The packaging is similar to the bb cream’s one, pretty simple but modern looking tube however it is a bit rounder and much smaller. The print on the tube is awesome as well and makes me feel happier when I look at it. The hole is very small and it is perfect for such a pigmented product.

And size. SIZE! There are 25 ml of product! Can you imagine, 25 ml! Some people name it the dupe to MAFE Full cover concealer I have never tried it before but if it is so I think it is much cheaper to buy Aritaum concealer.

Texture

The concealer is pretty thick but melts from the body heat and blends very easily. The formula is not drying so it feels and looks natural even on top of the blemishes as well as under the eyes. But if you have any dry patches you should be careful with this product. As you can see it accentuated a little spot on my nose and some bumps around my mouth.

Shade

Like a bb cream, concealer has only 2 shades: Light Beige and Natural beige. The color of the second one is beige with yellow undertone. As you can see the shade doesn’t match the bb cream but after setting this difference disappears.

Application

I prefer using my fingers to apply this concealer. Clean fingers and patting motions give you the fullest coverage and the most natural finish.

Finish

The finish of the concealer is semi matte and also less glowy that the bb cream’s one. I find this product pretty similar to MAC Pro Longwear concealer, the only difference is the texture coz Pro Longwear is a liquid concealer. Also I don’t recommend to use this product alone if you have big pores. As you can see my pores are the same size on both photos.

Adaptation

It does not really adapt to my skincolor, maybe becomes less yellow. But it is not such a big difference.

Coverage

Unlike the bb cream from the same line the concealer is very pigmented and the coverage is literally full. Unfortunately it does not cover some of my acne from the first layer but the combination bb cream + concealer is enough even for my active acne and dark spots.

Oil-control

I can’t tell you if it has any oil control coz I’ve never used it alone.

Sent

It has the same scent as the bb cream, sunscreen scent. I don’t know if it’s good or not it is really strong but not intrusive.

Pros
Full coverage
Huge amount of product
Yellow undertone
+ Easy application
+ Natural finish

Cons
 Only 2 shades
 Strong scent
Accentuating imperfections
Doesn’t hide my pores

Rating : 4+ / 5

In total

I absolutely in love with this line. Both concealer and bb cream have some cons but in total they are almost everything that I need. Good coverage, natural finish, acceptable price and big amount of product. I use this combination on a daily basis and can’t tell you how much I love it!

Where to buy

You can get this concealer from ibuybeauty

Review: Aritaum Full Cover BB Cream

Hey, I'm back with a new post!! I know, I promised to update every week but I have to pack all my shaff and it is soooo stressful and takes all my time ㅠ.ㅠ Anyway, I'm here to share with you my new review lovely sponsored by ibuybeauti ^^

As you probubly know I'm addicted to base makeup. I’m always in search for the perfect foundation and concealer. So that’s why I decided to try a new Aritaum Full Cover line. In this post I’m going to review Aritaum Full Cover BB Cream in #2 Natural Beige.
Description

Packaging

The bb cream comes in a squeezing tube with a small hole which is helpful because it is easier to control the amount of product that comes out. The package is simple but I like how modern it looks and also the print on the back caught my eye from the very beginning. Big plus is that it gives you a great amount of product, 50 ml, so I think it will last me a pretty long time.

And also this tube was made on my birthday!

Texture

If you ever had bb creams you should probably know that most of them are pretty thick. But this bb cream is not as thick as many other ones, it melts really easily and blends out very nicely. It doesn’t accentuate dry areas and patches badly. It is also very light and you don’t feel it as a mask on your face. Of cause you feel it but not something crazy.

Shade

There are only 2 shades: Light Beige and Natural beight and I have the second one. It is a beige color with a pink undertone and after blending it seems a little bit greyish. But after setting it adapts to your skin color and the gray cast vanishes.

The most surprising fact is that the color of bb cream is not similar to the color of concealer! This ‘Natural Beige’ is more pink while the concealer’s ‘Natural Beige’ has a bright yellow tone. BUT after setting you can’t actually see the big difference which also is a big plus.

Application

After testing this product I can say that I see and feel the best result just using my fingers. I don’t know, I like using my fingers, it gives me a smooth, silky finish so… why should I use anything else? :D Also brushes and sponges soak too much product and I think it’s just a waste of time and product.

Finish

Right after blending the finish is glowy and if you apply too much it can feel a bit sticky but in 5 min this feeling disappears. At the end it gives a semi matte finish that looks really natural.

Adaptation

It takes about 15~20 min to adapt to my skincolor. After setting it is still a bit too light for me but right now I’m about NC30 in MAC system and I think it will look better in a few months.

Coverage

The bb cream claims to give a full coverage but I think it is medium. It doesn’t cover my pimples and acne scares completely so definitely it is not high coverage, otherwise there will not be any concealers in this line, right? :DD However I can say that it is buildable and you can get a full coverage if you want in 2 or 3 layers. But I recommend using a concealer because bb cream can melt and slip away very easily even if you set it with a powder.

Oil-control

I don’t recommend this product for people with oily skin coz it might be too moisturizing (?) I can’t describe it better haha It does not control the oiliness of my face throughout the day and my skin starts to shine just in 2 or 3 hours after applying.

Sent

It smells like a sunscreen and the scent is pretty strong so I can feel it even on my face for about 2 or 3 minutes.

Pros

+ Lightweight
+ Good coverage
+ Does not accentuate dry patches
+ Natural and smooth finish
+ Big amount of product
+ Lovely packaging

Cons

- Pink undertone
- Only 2 shades
- Strong scent
- No oil control

Rating : 4+ / 5
In total

It became one of my favorite foundations/bb creams but it still has some flaws, so it’s not the perfect one for me :( Right now I’m using it every day and I really like it: the finish, how it feels etc. Even if the coverage is not full it is still a very good bb cream for people with imperfections, like me.
